Congratulations on the new baby you are expecting!

I look forward to providing you with postpartum support in the early days following your baby's birth. My training and experience have given me the tools I need to help you as new parents. Some mothers have likened my services to a "walking instruction book". The one the hospital forgets to send home with your new bundle of joy.

I have a wealth of information, resources, energy and personal experience. I look forward to helping you and your new baby. I can help alleviate the stress of those first few weeks following the birth with:

  • Breastfeeding support
  • Guidance with newborn care
  • Advice on prioritizing key tasks
  • Provide up to date local resource list
  • Grocery shopping & errands
  • Light meal preparation
  • General straightening up
  • Phone call and visitor screening
  • Fine tune nursery organization to best meet your needs
